Thank you for your interest in joining our GriefShare ministry. The spring 2024 session will begin the first week of June. Due to scheduling conflicts, we had to postpone the date to June.

Queen’s Chapel UMC GriefShare Program is a 13-week group session that will help you cope with the grief associated with losing a loved one. Our session begins on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at 7:00 pm via Zoom through August 28, 2024.

To register for this group session, go to  https://www.griefshare.org/ and click  “Find a Group.” When prompted to enter a city, state, or zip, enter “Beltsville MD.” On the dropdown menu, enter “GriefShare” for the class, and select “June 5 – August 28, 2024” for the timeframe. Once those steps are completed, you will see the Queen’s Chapel GriefShare group in the list of churches offering GriefShare.

Click on the Queen’s Chapel session to complete your registration.  You will see details about this group, including the Zoom Meeting ID. (Only registered persons will be permitted to enter the Zoom.)

A new participant workbook has been released. Unlike prior sessions, we ask that participants purchase their workbooks. If you are a member of Queens Chapel UMC, a book will be issued to you. There is no cost to Queen’s Chapel UMC participants!

We also plan to host these sessions in a hybrid format for convenience.
